Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed you will receive a notification by email. Please ensure all information is entered correctly to avoid any delays in receiving your items.
If there are any changes please email at or message on Instagram immediately to update your order and ensure there is no delay.
Time All orders in Dubai will be delivered within 2 business days for 20 AED. In all other Emirates, delivery will be completed within 2-4 business days for 30 AED.
Same Day Delivery (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman)
If you need your items sooner, we are happy to assist. Be sure to place your order before 11 am and we will deliver your items by 8 pm on the same day for 30 AED.
Failed Delivery
The courier will contact you before delivery, if you are unable to take a collection of the delivery, an alternative date and time can be arranged directly with the courier. Should there be two failed delivery attempts, the cost of the return and any additional charges will be applied to rearrange delivery.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship internationally and shipping charges are calculated at a personal request. We use an express service, which may take between 7-15 business days, but is subject to change depending on the destination country. Please be aware that all International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Lucky Baby is not liable for any duties, taxes, or handling fees that may be applied by customs at your delivery destination. For more information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Contact us at, and we’ll provide a return shipping label. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, you will be refunded the total amount including the shipping fees.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like teethers and pacifiers for sanitary reasons unless defective, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
