  1. Time Frame for Return Requests

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

Any requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  1. Return & Exchange Conditions by Situation

A. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

· You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
· Clear photos and a description of the issue must be provided.
· Once the item is returned and inspected, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
· If the issue is confirmed, Lucky Baby will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds for approved damaged/defective items will be processed within 7 days after inspection and approval.

B. Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive an incorrect item:

· You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
· The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
· Once verified, we will arrange return shipping at our expense.
· A replacement or full refund will be issued after inspection.

C. Item Not Suitable / Change of Mind

If the item is not suitable or you change your mind:

· The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
· The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
· Shipping costs for return are the responsibility of the customer.
· Refund will be processed after inspection and approval.
· Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

D. Item Not Delivered

If your order was not delivered:

· Please contact us immediately.
· We will investigate with the courier service.
· If confirmed as undelivered, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

  1. Personalized & Custom-Made Products

Personalized Accessories and all custom-made or name-customized items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable in any case.

The only exception applies if:

· The item is damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly due to our error.

In such cases:

· The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
· After return and inspection, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of approval, or a replacement will be offered.
· Return shipping costs will be covered by Lucky Baby if the fault is confirmed.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

· Personalized or custom-made items (except in cases of damage or error)
· Items that have been used, washed, or altered
· Items returned without original packaging
· Items returned after the 7-day return period
· Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
· Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

Step 3: Return Shipment

If approved:

· You will receive return instructions.
· The item must be securely packed in its original packaging.
· The product must be unused and in original condition.

Step 4: Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection to ensure it meets return conditions.

Step 5: Refund or Replacement

If approved after inspection:

· Refunds will be processed within 7 days.
· Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
· Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

· Damaged / defective items: Covered by Lucky Baby.
· Wrong item delivered: Covered by Lucky Baby.
· Change of mind / unsuitable item: Covered by the customer.
· Non-approved returns: Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after inspection and confirmation.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
